15 Regulations
The Governor may make such regulations as are contemplated by this
Act or as are necessary or expedient for the purposes of this
Act.
Without limiting the generality of subsection (1), the Governor may make regulations—
providing for the establishment by the Minister of a code of notices, signs, road markings and other devices to denote areas, parking spaces, conditions, limitations, restrictions or prohibitions relating to private parking areas, private access roads, or private walkways;
and
prescribing penalties, not exceeding $1 250, for contravention of, or non-compliance with, a regulation; and
fixing expiation fees for alleged offences against the Act or regulations.
