Professional Standards Act 2004

A member of the executive body of an occupational association or a person acting in accordance with a resolution of an occupational association is not personally liable for anything done or omitted to be done in good faith—

for the purpose of implementing this Code; or

in the reasonable belief that the act or omission was for the purpose of implementing this Code.

Any liability resulting from an act or omission that, but for subclause (1), would attach to a person attaches instead to the occupational association.
