28 Appointment of Deputy Auditor-General
(1)
There will be a Deputy
Auditor‑General.
(2)
The Deputy Auditor‑General will be a Public Service employee.
(3)
The Deputy Auditor‑General will act in the office of
Auditor‑General during any absence or incapacity of the
Auditor‑General or during a vacancy in the office of
Auditor‑General.
