11 Preventing or hindering disclosure
A person must not—
(a)
prevent another person from making an appropriate disclosure of public interest information under this Act; or
(b)
hinder or obstruct another person in making such a disclosure.
Maximum penalty: Maximum penalty: $20 000 or imprisonment for 2 years.
