23 Public Trustee to give notice to beneficiary entitled to property
When a beneficiary is entitled to the transfer or delivery of property vested in or under the control of the Public Trustee, the Public
Trustee must, when practicable, give notice to the beneficiary that he or she is entitled to the transfer or delivery of the property.
