24 Administration of Public Trustee may be referred to Court
(1)
The Court may, on application by a person who has an interest in property for the time being administered by the Public Trustee, summon the
Public Trustee to appear at a specified time and place for the purpose of answering allegations in the application.
(2)
The Court may, after hearing the Public Trustee—
(a)
make such order in relation to the conduct of the Public Trustee in the matter giving rise to the application as the Court thinks fit;
and
(b)
order the Public Trustee to transfer or deliver property vested in or under the control of the Public Trustee to a person or persons named in the order.
