156 Deposit of duplicate or attested copy
(1)
A duplicate or an attested copy of a power of attorney referred to in section 155 must be deposited in the Lands Titles Registration Office.
(2)
The date and time of depositing must be noted on the duplicate or attested copy.
(3)
The
Registrar‑General must, before the depositing of a power of attorney under subsection (1), compare the original power of attorney with the duplicate or attested copy.
