157 Revocation of power of attorney
The grantor of any such power of attorney may revoke the same by executing an instrument in the appropriate form; and the
Registrar-General shall enter a note of such revocation, including the date and time the revocation is deposited in the Lands Titles
Registration Office, on the duplicate or copy of the power of attorney filed in the office; and from and after the date of such entry the Registrar-General shall not give effect to any application or other instrument executed pursuant to such power of attorney.
