151 Revised estimates or determinations
(1)
The Corporation may, in addition to the preceding sections of this
Division, in its absolute discretion—
(a)
review and revise an estimate or determination previously made under or for the purposes of this Division; or
(b)
correct an error or revise an assessment previously made under or for the purposes of this Division.
(2)
In acting under subsection (1), the Corporation may have regard to any matter considered to be relevant by the
Corporation.
