53 Continuation of registration
(1)
An employer registered under the repealed Act immediately before the designated day will be taken to be registered under this Act (and, in the case of a self‑insured employer under the repealed Act the employer will continue as a self‑insured employer under this
Act).
(2)
A registration under this Act under subclause (1) is subject to any conditions specified by this Act and is subject to the other provisions of this Act in all respects.
