Security and Investigation Industry Act 1995

If a person—

is employed or otherwise performs functions as an agent or security industry trainer; or

becomes a director of a body corporate that is an agent, in contravention of an order of the Court, that person and the agent are each guilty of an offence. Maximum penalty: Maximum penalty: $35 000 or 6 months imprisonment.

If a person carries on business as an agent in contravention of an order of the Court, the person is guilty of an offence. Maximum penalty: Maximum penalty: $35 000 or 6 months imprisonment.
