31 Delegations
The Commissioner may delegate any of the Commissioner's functions or powers under this Act—
to a person employed in the Public Service; or
to the person for the time being holding a specified position in the Public Service; or
to any other person under an agreement under this Act between the
Commissioner and an organisation representing the interests of agents or security industry trainers or a particular class of agents or security industry trainers.
The Minister may delegate any of the Minister's functions or powers under this Act (except the power to direct the
Commissioner).
A delegation under this section—
must be in writing; and
may be conditional or unconditional; and
is revocable at will; and
does not prevent the delegator from acting in any matter.
