39 Commissioner of Police to conduct investigations and make available relevant information

(1)

The Commissioner of Police must, at the request of the

Commissioner, investigate and report on any matter relevant to—

(a)

the determination of an application under this Act;

or

(b)

a matter that might constitute proper cause for disciplinary action under this Act.

(2)

The Commissioner of Police must, as soon as reasonably practicable after becoming aware of information relevant to a matter that might constitute proper cause for disciplinary action under this Act, make the information available to the Commissioner.
