Voluntary transfer to State Records' custody

(1)

Subject to subsection (2), an agency may deliver any of its records into the custody of State Records.

(2)

The Manager may, if of the opinion that it is necessary or appropriate to do so, decline to receive records sought to be delivered to State Records under this section.
