20 Restriction under other Acts on disclosure of information
(1)
When an agency delivers into the custody of State Records an official record disclosure of the contents of which is restricted by any other Act or law, the agency must ensure that the Manager is advised of that restriction.
(2)
This section does not apply to records of a court.
