Part 3AWeapons etc

21O Regulations

Regulations made for the purposes of this Part may, without limitation—

(a)

prescribe circumstances in which a person will be taken to have a lawful excuse in relation to an act or omission referred to in section 21C or 21E; and

(b)

provide that this Part or specified provisions of this Part do not apply to a specified class of persons; and

(c)

provide that this Part or specified provisions of this Part do not apply to a specified class of weapon, implement or article; and

(d)

prescribe evidentiary provisions to facilitate proof of an offence against this

Part.
