22 Indecent language
(1)
A person who uses indecent or profane language or sings any indecent or profane song or ballad—
(a)
in a public place; or
(b)
in a police station; or
(c)
which is audible from a public place; or
(d)
which is audible in neighbouring or adjoining occupied premises; or
(e)
with intent to offend or insult any person, is guilty of an offence.
Maximum penalty: $250.
(2)
In this section—
indecent includes obscene.
