25 Soliciting

A person who—

(a)

in a public place, or within the view or hearing of any person in a public place, accosts or solicits a person for the purpose of prostitution; or

(b)

loiters in a public place for the purpose of prostitution, is guilty of an offence.

Maximum penalty: $750.
