16 Illegal holding out as being licensed
(1)
A person who is not a licensed surveyor must not—
(a)
hold himself or herself out as holding a licence under this Act;
or
(b)
permit another person to do so. Maximum penalty: Penalty: Division 5 fine.
(2)
A person must not hold out another as being licensed under this Act unless the other person is a licensed surveyor. Maximum penalty: Penalty: Division 5 fine.
