17 Illegal holding out as being registered
(1)
A person who is not a registered surveyor must not hold himself or herself out as being registered under this Act or permit another person to do so. Maximum penalty: Penalty: Division 5 fine.
(2)
A person must not hold out another as being registered under this
Act unless the other person is a registered surveyor. Maximum penalty: Penalty: Division 5 fine.
