26 TAFE SA may recover remuneration wrongly paid to prescribed employee
The Chief Executive may require a prescribed employee who has in any circumstances received remuneration to which they are not entitled to repay the amount of the overpayment and, in default of repayment, may recover the amount as a debt due and owing by the employee to TAFE SA.
