Tattooing Industry Control Act 2015

In proceedings for an offence against this Act, an allegation in the complaint or information—

that a person named in the complaint or information is or is not, or was or was not on a specified date, disqualified from providing tattooing services; or

that a specified person is or is not, or was or was not on a specified date, an authorised officer, will be accepted as proved in the absence of proof to the contrary.

In any legal proceedings, a document apparently certified by the

Commissioner for Consumer Affairs to be a notice or other document issued under this Act, or to be a copy of such a notice or other document, will be accepted as such in the absence of proof to the contrary.
