63 Commissioner may perform functions under laws of other jurisdictions
(1)
The Commissioner may perform the functions of a State taxation officer under Part IIIA of the Taxation
Administration Act 1953 of the Commonwealth, as amended from time to time, or under provisions enacted by the Commonwealth in substitution of that Part.
(2)
The Commissioner may perform functions on behalf of a corresponding
Commissioner—see Division
2A.
