64 Deputy Commissioners
(1)
There are to be one or more Deputy Commissioners of State
Taxation.
(2)
The Deputy Commissioners of State Taxation are to be Public Service employees.
(3)
A Deputy Commissioner of State Taxation has the same powers and functions as the Commissioner under a taxation law.
