17 Fees and waiver of fees
(1)
The fees set out in
Schedule 2 are prescribed for the purposes of the Act and these regulations, and are payable in accordance with the Schedule.
(2)
The Teachers Registration Board may, if satisfied that reasonable cause exists for doing so, waive a fee prescribed for the purposes of the Act or these regulations, in whole or in part.
