9 Annual fee
Pursuant to section 26A(2) of the Act—
(a)
the annual fee prescribed for the purposes of the Act is payable on or before 31 January in each year; and
(b)
the annual fee period in respect of which the prescribed annual fee is to be paid is the period of 12 months from
1 February in a given year to 31 January of the subsequent year.
