3 Interpretation
In these regulations, unless the contrary intention appears—
Act means the Teachers Registration and Standards
Act 2004;
Amendment Act means the
Teachers Registration and Standards
(Miscellaneous) Amendment Act 2020;
relevant day means the day on which section 19 of the Amendment Act comes into operation.
