Teachers Registration and Standards (Saving and Transitional Provisions) Regulations 2021

Section 26A of the Act (as inserted by section 20 of the Amendment Act) does not apply to a registered teacher in relation to the teacher's registration in force immediately before the relevant day for the period the registration remains in force (as determined in accordance with regulation 5).

Section 26A of the Act (as inserted by section 20 of the Amendment Act) does not apply to a registered teacher whose registration as a teacher is registration to which Schedule 1 clause 2 of the

Amendment Act applies for the period that the registration remains in force, as determined in accordance with subclause (2) of that clause.
