Urban Renewal Act 1995

In this Part—

Planning Minister means the Minister to whom the administration of the Planning,

Development and Infrastructure Act 2016 is committed;

precinct authority, in relation to a precinct, means the entity appointed by the Minister as the precinct authority for the precinct under this Part;

precinct plan means a precinct master plan or precinct implementation plan for a precinct established under this

Part;

State Planning Commission means the State

Planning Commission established under the Planning, Development and Infrastructure

Act 2016.
