7M Council by‑laws to be consistent with precinct plan
If a by‑law made by a council under the
Local Government
Act 1999 or the Local Government Act 1934 relating to a precinct is inconsistent with a precinct plan, the precinct plan prevails to the extent of the inconsistency.
