17 Delegations
The Board may delegate any of its functions under this Act other than a prescribed function.
A delegation under this section—
may be made—
to a member of the Board, the Executive Officer or a member of staff of the Board; or
to a committee established by the Board; and
must be in writing; and
may be made subject to conditions and limitations specified in the instrument of delegation; and
is revocable at will and does not derogate from the power of the Board to act in a matter.
A delegation under this section must be provided to members of the Board and the Minister within 7 days after it is made.
