21 Power to require medical examination or report
The Board may, for any purpose associated with the administration or operation of this Act, require a veterinarian or a person who is applying for registration or reinstatement of registration as a veterinarian to—
submit to an examination by a health professional, or by a health professional of a class, specified by the Board; or
provide a medical report from a health professional, or from a health professional of a class, specified by the Board, (including an examination or report that will require the person to undergo some form of medically invasive procedure).
If a veterinarian fails to comply with a requirement made under subsection (1), the Board may suspend the person's registration until further order of the Board.
