34 Continuation of Board membership
(1)
Subject to this Act, a member of the Board in office immediately before the commencement of this clause continues in office on the conditions, and for the remainder of the term, specified in the instrument of appointment.
(2)
Section 6(2) to (4) will be taken not to apply in relation to the continuation of members of the Board under this clause.
