40 References to Veterinary Surgeons Board of South Australia etc
(1)
A reference in a contract or any other instrument to the Veterinary Surgeons Board of South Australia will be taken to be a reference to the Board.
(2)
Unless the contrary intention appears, a reference in a contract or any other instrument to—
(a)
a veterinary surgeon will be taken to be a reference to a veterinarian; and
(b)
veterinary treatment will be taken to be a reference to veterinary services.
