43 Suspension or cancellation of registration
If the Board is satisfied that—
registered premises do not meet the minimum requirements in the veterinary premises standard or the requirements of a scheme approved by the Board (as appropriate); or
conditions imposed on the registration of the registered premises have been contravened; or
there is no responsible person in respect of the registered premises; or
a requirement determined by the Board to be necessary for registration of premises under this Part has not been met in relation to the premises, the Board may, by notice in writing—
suspend the registration of the premises until stipulated conditions are complied with or until further order of the Board; or
cancel the registration of the premises.
