Part 4Registration of premises at which veterinary services are provided
44 Removal from register
(1)
The Executive Officer must, on application by the responsible person in respect of registered premises, remove the premises from the veterinary premises register.
(2)
The Executive Officer must remove premises the registration of which has been cancelled under this Act from the veterinary premises register.
(3)
The Executive Officer may act under subsection (2) without giving prior notice to the responsible person in respect of the premises.
