4 Application of regulations
(1)
These regulations do not apply to a co‑managed wilderness protection area or co‑managed wilderness protection zone constituted of
Aboriginal‑owned land.
(2)
A warden is not subject to these regulations in relation to the performance of the warden's functions or the exercise of the warden's powers as a warden and a person who is an employee of the Department is not subject to these regulations in relation to the performance of the duties of the person's employment.
