21B Time for commencing prosecution
A prosecution under this Act must be commenced – not later than 2 years after the date on which the offence is alleged to have been committed; or not later than 2 years after the date on which evidence of any act or omission constituting the offence first came to the attention of any authorized officer.
Subsection (1) has effect despite section 26 of the Justices Act 1959 or any other law.
