15 Counting of votes
Votes cast at an election of members of the Council are to be counted in accordance with –
Part 2 of Schedule 7 to the Local Government Act 1993 if one member of the Council is to be elected to represent an electoral area; or
Part 3 of Schedule 7 to the Local Government Act 1993 if more than one member of the Council is to be elected to represent an electoral area.
