57 Duration of interim orders

Subject to this Division, an interim order remains in force for such period, not exceeding 12 months, as the court specifies in the order and for such further periods, if any, as the court may from time to time order.

An interim order shall not be in force for periods exceeding in the aggregate 2 years.
