58 Discharge of interim orders
The court may, at any time, make an order discharging an interim order and may make such order as it thinks fit for the care, control, and custody of the child to whom the interim order relates.
An interim order ceases to have effect on the making of an order for the adoption of the child to whom it relates, whether made in Tasmania, in another State, or in a Territory.
