40 Fees for adoption services
The fee payable by a person wishing to adopt a child, for services provided to or on behalf of that person, is the fee set out in Part 1 of Schedule 2.
The fee payable by a person for an application under Part VI of the Act or for information given to a person under that Part is the fee set out in Part 2 of Schedule 2.
