33 Insurance
The licensee of an NEPT Service must hold and maintain each of the following types of insurance in respect of the Service at the following levels:
public liability insurance to the level of not less than $10 million;
professional indemnity insurance to a level of not less than $5 million.
Fine not exceeding 4 penalty units.
