6 Certain pigs to be cared for by skilled and competent person
A person who keeps pigs for commercial purposes must ensure that each pig in the person’s care or charge is cared for by –
a competent stockperson; or a person who is acting under the direct supervision of a competent stockperson.
In the case of – a body corporate, a fine not exceeding 100 penalty units; or a natural person, a fine not exceeding 50 penalty units.
