100 Appeals
A person may appeal to the Supreme Court against a decision under section 78(4) within 28 days after the decision was made.
An appeal is to be instituted, heard and determined in accordance with the provisions of the Supreme Court Civil Procedure Act 1932 and the Rules of Court made under that Act.
