Prohibition of aiding contravention of this Act

In force

A person must not knowingly – cause another person to contravene this Act; or induce another person to contravene this Act; or aid another person to contravene this Act.

All persons referred to in subsection (1) are jointly and severally liable for any contravention under this Act.
