Part 4Duties of Registrar
17 Keeping of register
The Registrar is to keep a register of architects.
The register – is to include any information that the Board or Registrar considers necessary or convenient to ensure compliance with the requirements of the Act; and may be kept in any form that allows its contents to be easily read.
The Board is to – make the register, or a current extract of the register, available for public inspection during normal business hours; and publish the register, or a current extract of the register, on its website.
