Part 4Duties of Registrar
18 Funds of Board
The Registrar is to pay money received by the Board or the Registrar into the funds of the Board within 7 days after the money is received.
For the purposes of section 23 of the Act, the Registrar is to prepare and present to the Board at the end of each year a statement showing the receipts and disbursements of the Board during that year.
