Architects Regulations 2023

For the purposes of section 13(5)(a)(i) of the Act, the following architectural qualifications are prescribed:a qualification in a list approved by the Board and published on its website; a qualification that is recognised by the Board as being equivalent to one referred to in paragraph (a).

For the purposes of section 13(5)(a)(ii) of the Act, a course of study that meets the criteria is a course of study in a list approved by the Board and published on its website.
