Removal from register

In force

The Board, by notice in writing, may require a person whose name is removed from the register under the Act to return his or her certificate of registration to the Board.

A person referred to in subregulation (1), or the executor, administrator or trustee of that person, is to return the certificate of registration to the Board within 14 days after receiving the notice referred to in subregulation (1).
